How far in advance should I book?

Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
Not yet. The form sends us your booking request. We’ll check availability and confirm your transfer by email.
Can you pick me up from my hotel or condominium?
Yes. We offer door-to-door transfers. Include your hotel name or full address, along with your destination, when making your request.
How do I choose a vehicle for my passengers and luggage?
Tell us the number of adults, children and large suitcases travelling. If you have other large items, include them in your notes so we can check the vehicle requirements before confirming.
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
We include the meeting-point details with your booking confirmation. Please follow those instructions and keep your phone available after arrival.
What should I do if I cannot find my driver?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, cancelled or changed, or you are delayed at immigration or baggage collection, contact us as soon as possible so we can coordinate your pickup. Waiting arrangements depend on the circumstances. Any proposed waiting charge must be explained and agreed before it is incurred.
